Video Production Style / Promotional Video

Brief / In April 2017, we travelled to a small industrial town called Ostrava in the Czech Republic to film our experience of the annual Ostrava Spring Yoga & Dance Festival.

The juxtaposition created by this beautiful industrial environment called the DOV, made for some spectacular stills and video imagery. The upliftment of this old communist smelting factory into an artistic public sanctuary, demonstrated an inspiring global growing trend to reinvigorate and enlighten antiquated systems of thought.

With Cape Town based yoga teachers, Michelle McNamara and Jay Mac as our focal points we set about filming on our iPhones. The final result required a 1 minute Instagram‘able promo video of the experience, to promote the event.
